Post Event

Hola everyone who made KLD possible...

Uncle Bully is back here in town......I just learned today I fractured my 6th and 7th left ribs due to last saturday 18 Oct crash. Cedric just called me up just now at 1315 saying that it is not critical and I just need to get much rest and grow fat (hahahaha) One Ring Service please!!!!!! (inside joke)

I am sure everyone had a good time with CG, Peaty and Seb around. Oakley made the event more enjoyable and I had a really good time. Peaty left on Tuesday morning (21 Oct). CG hahahaha, he doesnt wanna go back. I told him to move here and make KL as his base.

The three of them wanna come back again. When? hmmm.... its a secret.....

Okay now its time for thank you....

Rider's or Team Tent or Gazebo, Team Banners and Kami The Gig Concert

Hola,

1. For Tent or Gazebo,
Riders are allowed to put up their tent on the event area but not inside Rider's Arena due to limited space and security reason. You must bring your own tent or gazebo.

The finish line area is a big area and the event organizer will allocate the area on the morning of Saturday, 18 October 2008. We will not reserve the area and it is based on first come first serve basis.

A friendly reminder, we the organizer, sponsors, partners, technical personnel or marshall are not held accountable for any damages, theft or missing items during event period.

Please make sure there is someone manning your tent or gazebo during the event.

2. Team Banners and Bunting
You are only allowed to put up your banner in or on your tent or gazebo.
We encourage you to put up your banner to show how colorful we are in MTB scene and also to represent your team and sponsors.

One more thing, please do not put up any pictures, posters, banners, bunting or any items depicting nudity, racism, political and rude signs that will cause discomfort to the spectators, public, event organizer, sponsors, partners, technical personnel or marshall.

3. Kami The Gig concert 18 October 2008
Oh yeah, we have a mutual understanding with concert organizer, Monkey Bone. As some of you know, it is a local rock band concert jamming from 12 noon till 12 am on 18 October 2008.

22 local rock bands will perform and admission in free. So after your official compulsory practice, you may get together and view the concert. Our good friend Mr. Combatt also performing on that day.

And again, the Finish Area is the main passage for concert goers using Star LRT and from the carpark. So, we advise all of you to ensure that your belongings are well guarded during that day.

Wow, 2 big event at one place and at the same time...... this is awesome....

Thank for supporting KLD 2008, you made this event possible. To date, we have received 150 registration for the event.

Stay tuned for more updates.
